Da best 'remedy for 'sakit tekak'?!!

Anyone...?!!

Anybody knows what's da best remedy for sore throat..?!! Perhaps tis few days i though it just a normal sore, (gatai tekak la kan..) then wonder y it also hav da phlegm..! Haaa :P i know ready!! I get da infection from Ery.. I didn't go n see a doc, hoping tat it will just disappear.

So here, i got a few tips:-

1) will take only cough mixture, (of course from a doctor right!!)

2) Honey!! Get a 'sudu' of honey n swallow it.. but dont swallow da 'sudu' plak ya :P

3) a glass warm water with lemon; squeeze da lemon into da water.. i've try before, it works!! Tp tahan la.. masam sunggoh, brkerut ja dahi..

4) fresh 'air kelapa muda' squeezed from coconut.. KELAPA MUDA tau. Sedap gak tu..

5) they said; Blackcurrant juice pun bleh.. Ribena ka..?

Watever it is, mayb i can try one of it. Hope it could help me reduce my sore throat nie.. Sakit haaaa tekak time nk menelan airliur nie haaa...

Moral of da day...;

if u wearing helmet & having conversation wit da rider during moving on da road.. my advice is, "jgn bukak visor besaq-besaq!!"

Hav u ever get bitten by da bee..?!! Perghhh.. Wat happen to me tis moning, i've been hit by bee sting!! Adoii..
:( Allah saja la yg tau camna punya sakit tat time!! After havin a breakfast wit Ery kat Kelawai (our fav place every moning) at tat time its already 830am n usually after tat Ery wil sent me first to da opis. OTW to da opis, baik punya dok sembang ngan Ery.. suddenly i saw 'someting' black straight forwrd to me!! Plackkkkk &^98#$#%&$$&*^$*%

"Adoi!!" ... i shouted. Trus cabut tarik 'someting' tu dr melekat kat mulot!! Serius babe, sakit!! Sudden trus rs kebas, sakit, panas plus mcm2 la rs kat bibir bawah ni... :(

Knowin my lips already been bitten by bee, Ery pa lagi.. panic la jgk! (Cian dia... :P) And me..?! Nangis la jwbnya.. tat time also can see blood came out from da bitten area.. After lookin sometin wrong wit my lips, dh nmpak mula mmbengkak.. Ery straight away bring me to da Adventist Osptal... nasib baik dekat, nasib baik panel osptal tu!! Fuhh..

When we arrived at da osptal, da attandance saw my lips became more swollen!! Da attandance said; "Akak, dh bengkak dh tu.. ikot sy p ER! Abang, register dulu ok!!" Tat time also i feel my hearbeat brgerak laju, lagi laju... Mula la jgk tinking yg bukan2!! Pa nk jd nie.. aku kna admit ka? Masok ja ER, everybdy (nurses+doc+ training nurse also) starts to do their works. Check my blood pressure, check my temperature.. asking me if i got any allergic on medicines.. foods.

After checking, kenalah 2x injection.. satu kali kat tangan, another one kat bontot!! I got an MC for today, just tat if my swollen tu xsurot by 2morrow n feeling itchy on tat area.. kena la follow-up esok+admitted!! But, Alhamdulliah.. syukor sgt coz at tis moment swollen tu dh pun surot!! Dh xnmpak cm Angelina Jolie dh..(Ery keep teasing me..)

TheDoctor-VR/46 "World MotoGP Champion"

Alhamdulillah, we safely arrived back to Penang this evening. Everything goes fine. The highway also not even jam. The main place that we went and still talked about during last weekend of course when we at Sepang Circuit.

Two days we've been there, just imagine we finished like 12hours per day at Sepang!! Fuuihh, penat memang penat.. Sakit kepala la, jemu.. nak balik. :P But the results, tip top!!

Actually it was my first time watching the grandprix. And it was so awesome!!!. Such a great event, being one of the spectator that sitting in front of the starting line.. wahhh I've been witness all the great moments!! From 125cc to MotoGP, from practice time to the best lap time, from warm-up to the championships.. I've been so excited and beat throb! Dah macam sendiri pulak yang nak masuk racing ha...

My experience for the last two days was so slander, 'berkampung' between all the people's that came from the whole world altogether just to watch their adoration racer to won the competition!!

Like everyone knows, THEDOCTOR-VR/46.. Valentino Rossi finished third behind Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa at a rain-soaked to take the 2009 MotoGP World Championship title. Kesian pulak when Fiat Yamaha team mate, Jorge Lorenzo just have to be satisfied when took the fourth place in the Shell Advance Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix this year! Lorenzo paid tribute to Rossi after seeing the Italian seal the 2009 MotoGP world title in Malayzzzziiaa...

For the 15th round of the 2009 250cc World Championship saw Hiroshi Aoyama prevail after an absorbing battle with Marco Simoncelli. And for the 125cc, World Champion Julian Simon won his sixth race of the season with victory here..

Next, the final round of the year takes place in Valencia (hmm thinking of going?!!). No.. don't think so!! Tengok tv jelah ya..

Sepang weekend!

The fact is... we will going to KL tomorrow night!! Tomorrow actually will still be our working day, no excuses.. no on leaves!! So probably maybe after Maghrib slowly we make our move to my brother in law house!!

Whats our plan for this weekend...?! Its all because of the "Shell Advanced Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix"!! My brother in law already buy a ticket in advanced, so apa lagi.. what are we waiting for.. mana tau, dapat jumpa Valentino Rossi ka, (rambut dah nak dekat sama dah!!):P Jorge Lorenzo ka... or even Casey Stoner ka kan!!

Yellow 'Boot"

Its been a while since my last entry within a week ago.. da reality is, im quite bz wit my house works!! Basoh bj, sterika bj.. pinggan mangkok smua harus dicuci!! Not tat i never done it before.. (jgn salah paham!!) just tat tis time i hav to 'take over' my mum jobs. Xtra job ja.. during tis time, my mum was at my bro house. She has been there since las week together wit abah. But then, 2days ago abah has come back to Penang alone.. coz kna keja kan!! Cian abah, sorg2.. xpa anak menantu ada ok!!

Flash back to da week.. and a week before, there's a lot of ting happens.. At ofis, on past 2nd week of Syawal we had organize 'Jamuan Hari Raya' for all da staffs. We ordered all da dishes from our favourite 'pakcik Yusoff'.. some sort like satay, laksa, nasi impit, rendang n etc la.. of course laa tat all da dishes was soo delicious, but of course also its full of cholesterol+calorie+fat+sugar!! But wat to do kan .. its jamuan Raya waaat!! Makan.., makan.., n makan la!!

Then las week plak.. I've been invited to attending a charity dinner. It was held at Equatorial Hotel, here. Tis charity dinner actually was organise by one of da big organization called "D Home" . D'Home was envisioned by one man who dared to dream of making a better tomorrow by building a better world. His mission:-

To give hope and meaning in life to those who are desperately in need of hope.

Beside all da charity, tis function also hoping to raise in excess of RM250K net on tis event on da way to their target of RM2.5M to provide a resource centre for the mentally ill and their carers and are seeking sponsors, advetisers n those who wish to help! But tat nite, da main attraction will be da famous comedian Gurmit Singh AKA Phua Chu Kang.
